The developer of this unusual subdivision aimed to create 20 custom homes. House No.9 was proposed and designed as a contemporary home in the suburban setting.  The layout and geometric volumes of this house follow the functions. Maximizing the penetration of natural light, the spaces junction and rotate around a central circulation node with a carved out west-facing courtyard at the heart. Vertically, the functions are also stacked. The three wings, rotating around the central node, offer varying degrees of privacy.
